The Challenge & Solution
Bakeries lose money at exactly the busiest moment, when a slow till and a disconnected website fall out of sync and double-sell perishable stock. We unified POS and online ordering on one synced system so peak hours speed up instead of breaking down.
Architecture
Optimistic UI updates keep the counter and the storefront lag-free during critical operational spikes, with a Supabase backbone keeping channels in sync.
Telemetry & Outcomes
Live order-fulfilment velocity and perishable-inventory tracking, so stock and throughput stay visible in real time.
