The Challenge & Solution
Traditional real estate operations suffer from disputed commission calculations, overlapping agent territories, and unverified property listings that destroy buyer trust. We engineered a centralized command surface featuring immutable financial ledgers and automated geo-filtering-eliminating commission disputes, enforcing strict territory boundaries, and guaranteeing verified title transparency from initial inquiry to final deal execution.
