A centralised hub featuring tailored dashboards for Management, Store Vendors, and Sales personnel, with complete hardware cataloguing for IP Cameras, Biometrics, DVR/NVR, and Access Control systems, plus CRM, expense tracking, and geographic analytics.
The Challenge & Solution
A multi-location surveillance distribution business was running on spreadsheets for inventory, WhatsApp for sales tracking, and manual logs for expenses. Each store operated in isolation with no centralised visibility. We built a single platform that gives management a bird's-eye view while giving store vendors and sales teams only the data and tools relevant to their role.
Architecture
Built using React and Vite with Wouter for lightweight client-side routing, powered by a Supabase backend and TanStack Query for highly efficient state management and data fetching.
Telemetry & Outcomes
Implements strict role-based access control, a global session manager for automatic idle tracking, and dynamic geographic filtering by State, District, and Store.
